[fwlug] (Java) Binary Code Generator

Hi Wade,

It looks very nice... the only criticism that I could offer (after a 
cursory look at it) is that approx. 1/3 or more of your code should be 
comments...  I took Java this last term and never saw the syntax for 
looping through an array using the : operator, very nice!  We were 
taught to use the array.length() method and use a "conventional" for loop.
